OUR VERY 1ST COMMUNITY EVENT

OG1N is hosting our first community event. AND IT IS FREE!!!

This event is designed to bring like-minded people together, to do something a little bit different to their "normal" Saturday. This is for people who may be looking to push themselves out of their comfort zones. Check out below, to see what it is were actually doing!

What? We are hiking one of Scotland's Munro's.

Where? Ben Vorlich, Loch Earn. 

When? 27/07/24.

Who? Everyone is welcome & encouraged to come along (you don't need to have bought a T-shirt from us)!

The plan is to, meet at the carpark around 0930, to set off on our ascent at 1000. If everyone is there before 1000, then of course we will start as soon as everyone is ready. The route should take no longer than 5 hours in total. That is a bench mark, not a target! The group will be encourage to go as fast as the slowest person, so we all get up and down as one group! Hiking can be very energy consuming, so please bring snacks and water to keep yourself properly fueled for the duration of the hike. 

Once we arrive back at Loch Earn, there will be a FREE BBQ put on for everyone that took part. Everyone is completely welcome to stick around at the end and help themselves to a burger or a hotdog, of course you can shoot off if you want to. 

As we will be right beside a beautiful Scottish loch, we may as well take advantage of that. You are highly encouraged to bring swim wear for a dip in the loch. Bring a kayak, paddle board, football, bring whatever you want to make use of whilst we wait for the food!
