Introducing the OG1N May Challenge: Push Your Limits, Redefine Your Boundaries

At OG1N, we believe in stepping out of our comfort zones, embracing challenges, and proving to ourselves that we are capable of more than we think. That’s why we’re launching our first-ever community challenge this May—an opportunity for you to dig deep, push your limits, and surprise yourself with what your body and mind can achieve.

The Challenge

For every day in May, you’ll commit to covering a set distance. The choice is yours:

  • Beginner Level: 5km per day

  • Intermediate Level: 10km per day

How you cover the distance is entirely up to you—walk, run, cycle, row machine, ski machine or swim—it’s your challenge, your way. The goal is consistency and commitment. It’s not about speed; it’s about showing up every single day and proving to yourself that you can go further than you ever thought possible.

You don’t have to stick to just one discipline. You can mix it up to keep things interesting and reduce the risk of injury. For example, one day you might run 6km, row 2km, and ski 2km to meet your 10km goal. This flexibility allows you to listen to your body while still staying committed to the challenge.

If you miss a day, don’t worry—you can make up the distance over the following days. For example, if you miss a 10km day, you can add extra kilometres over the next few days to stay on track. The key is ensuring you complete the total distance by the end of May.

Conversion Guide

To keep the challenge fair across different disciplines, here’s a conversion table to help you choose your method:

  • Running → 10km

  • Walking → 10km

  • Cycling → 15km

  • Row machine → 7km

  • Ski Machine → 7km

  • Swimming → 3km

For the 5km challenge, simply halve each number.

How to Take Part

  1. Choose your distance: 5km or 10km per day.

  2. Decide how you’ll complete it—mix it up or stick to one method.

  3. Track your progress daily.

  4. Every 5 days, send us a screenshot of your Strava or respective tracking app to verify your progress.

  5. Join our community on social media and share your journey using #OG1NMayChallenge.

  6. Complete all 31 days and earn the right to purchase the exclusive finisher tee.
