Our process

We have had some vital feedback from some members of the OG1N community, with regards to our delivery time. You will have noticed that during your checkout process there is an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. However there seems to be confusion around why orders are not being delivered within this time frame. Let us explain why this is. 

OG1N is currently operating print on demand(PoD). This means, when a customer purchases a product, the order is then accepted by us, which then sends a request to our affiliated PoD company. The company will then accept our customers order and send the product to production to be made. Our chosen company that makes our products has a production time of 1-5 business days. Once the product has been created, it will be sent out for delivery. From this point on, it is down to the delivery courier to deliver your product within 2-3 business days. The maximum amount of time it will take a customer to receive their product, in this case, should be no longer than 8 business days. however, this does not mean to say that is how long it will take. Our chosen PoD company do try their hardest to have the product shipped to our customer as soon as possible. OG1N can back this, as we have seen some products delivered to customers within 3 business days from the day they purchased from us. 

We at OG1N do understand that for some people this can be frustrating. No one wants to wait a long time for their product to come, but we will do all we can to make sure that everyone is ultimately satisfied.  

Our Future. We are not planning to operate with PoD forever. We would love to be able to get to a position where we can hold stock of all our products to ensure our customers are given the best experience we can offer them. We apologise that, for OG1N, it is not possible for us at this time. We ask that people please bear with us on the system we are currently using, and we do thank you for your patience.
